We strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. We accept return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item). If you are experiencing any shipping or products issues, then feel free to send us email and our team will assist you right away.
Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mailled to you will be returned to us.
1.Not Happy with Your Order
If you are not happy about your purchase, 30 days from date of that you received the product in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear, you (buyer) will be the one who is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning item if not covered by our return against manufacturer defects and exchange is not due to our error.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Damaged Items or Wrong Items
If the product is defective or does not work properly, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org including a photograph demonstrating the wrong style or the damaged area of the item together with the order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation, no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.
3. Customs Restrictions
If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned back to us, we will issue you a prompt refund. If it is not returned back to us, we cannot issue you a refund. There will be possibility that the package held by customs are for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. We have had such troubles in less than 1% of our international shipments. If you are not sure, please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.
4. You can get a full refund only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
Damage caused by accident.
Man-made product damage.
Normal wear and tear.
Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure.
No returns/exchanges for products with water exposure will be accepted.
Size doesn't fit.
Customer's subjective factors or just dislike the item.
Wrong size ordered by personal reason.
1. Cancelling Unshipped-out Orders
If the order has not been shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged, please kindly contact us via email@example.com. For the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thanks！
2. Cancelling Shipped-out Order
If a cancellation is placed after the order has been shipped, it is the customer‘s responsibility to send it back to us. Once we received the package, a refund will be issued. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All refunds are processed within 5 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer’s country, customers are responsible if there will be any additional customs fee. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
3. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping is tracked for the safety of the products you send back, please provide the tracking number after the shipment is completed.
4. We are not responsible for any lost returned package, and will not process any refund if we do not receive the returned package.
5. There will be an unlikely event where shipping will be delayed due to strict customs and post office clearance that would need your signature to release the item. If for any reason the returned package is seized by Customs Officials, it is also the customer’s responsibility to negotiate for the release of their package. We will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in good condition, we can provide necessary paper works/certification, if available, to help with the negotiation.
6. Refunds are not available for wholesale purchases or customized products.
7. Return To Sender (RTS) items due to the following reasons will be shipped again, the premise is that the client will pay the reshipping fee:
Address not existing.
Person unknown at the address.
Any other reason for which the customer is solely liable.
